I was originally licensed in 1987. I was born and raised on the Lower East Side, as were my parents and their parents before them. My family history on the Lower East Side goes way back. I've been serving the Lower East Side community with professional and expert service since long before the four Coops comprising what's known as "Coop City" (Seward Park Coop, East River Housing, Amalgamated Dwellings and Hillman Housing) began to convert away from a Limited Equity structure to a Free Market structure around the year 2000.

Bobby Weiss Real Estate currently focuses on selling Coops, Condos and Investment Properties in the Lower East Side and the East Village.
